Hey there friend,
I am an Orlando, Florida located actress, director, choreographer, and vocal coach. I have been fortunate enough to find myself a full-time working "theatre-maker" since 2018 after I returned from my time at Drake University studying for a vocal performance degree. I believe every experience is one to learn and grow from and I have worked hard to surround myself with mentors that push me to be the best version of myself and reflect on my efficacy in this art form.
I am an incredibly hard worker who believes the best theatre is the result of true collaboration within a production team.
Recently, I was given the opportunity to accept an incredibly taxing, but rewarding contract. In March of 2023 I received a call to take over a contract for an actress who sustained an injury two days before opening night. I have never read, listened to, or heard of Xanadu, but in two days I learned an entire script and role I was unfamiliar with and opened word-perfect. Without the support of the cast and production team, I wouldn't have received the support I needed to navigate that rehearsal process. The experience was one of the highlights of my career and solidified everything I believe to be true about this craft: The words are paramount. Tell the story and everything will be as it should.
In my free time, I am an avid reader and lover of French food. I can be found enjoying a good play, Kurt Vonnegut novel or Steven King novel. When on top of the world, I am enjoying a cold glass of dry champagne and foie gras (forgive me). When on the go, I love to listen to true-crime podcasts or documentaries and a must for my free time is art museum wandering. I could sit in front of a Dali or Bacon for hours.
